Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return your product, you should email your product details with the reason for return to: kboutiquestyle@yahoo.co.uk You must state whether you wish a refund, exchange, replacement or credit note.
If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, We aim to have this processed within 14 days. The card issuer usually requires 3-5 days to process thereafter.
SALE ITEMS
Please note there is a strict 7 day returns policy on all sale items. All other conditions for returning a sale item remain applicable as regular items.
EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of item to allow us to do this..
